Unfair... that was Austrian wine. A long time ago.
Ethylene Glycol (as it was called in the day... about 20 years ago).
Our Physics teacher took great delight in informing us of the
treatment for ethylene glycol poisoning. Feed them a "near-lethal"
dose of Ethanol. Well "Darn it" as Norm Peterson would say.
