I don't know what the technical special effects term for the aliens costumes in Bad Taste would be, but I think they were handled by puppeteers. If not, no big deal since Jackson did a real obscene puppet movie which put him on my (and Dave Pearton's) chart. I will forever curse Dave for introducing me to the Feebles!
