My best guess would be Arrolian Territories or even further west. Otherwise, depends strongly on the name. I've read Swedish sounding exactly like French (eating jelly with a wooden spoon in a wooden shed, or something like that in Swedish), and I suppose the same feat can be achieved with other languages.
