All completely true - but a proper burrito needs cheese somewhere between the level of Kraft cheese and a good Gruyere. Wisconsin cheddar is ideal. The trick is that it should be North American - otherwise it is not a proper burrito.

I'm much more likely to bring an appropriate European cheese.....
