But that way you don't have to unwrap it -- the cheese and the food are equally tasty and digestible!

I was thinking some plain old Jalapeno or Habernero Monterrey Jack, maybe shredded in with some Colby. The testure matters as much as the flaor in a burrito. That's what usually goes on a burrito. We have an excellent selection of craft (not Kraft) cheeses, but they don't sell in normal supermarkets, so you'll never see them unless you go looking.

Also, I forgot onions. I assume I can pick some up locally? Preferably something more acidic than sweet.
