St. Louis, Missouri gives more than one vote to Democrats . . . especially the dead ones . . . and their dogs.
Dallas used to give votes on exactly a 60-40 split to rats living in the Trinity River bottom.
I just refuse to be lectured by any nation that thinks the word "social" is a valid modifier for "democracy."
