Stevie figured that an scenario set amongst the Kerofini would have no mass appeal, whereas a scenario set amongst the Colymar would sell like Google stock. Go figure. Same thing with his decision to edit out certain aspects of Kallyr's divine child with Rigsdal.

BTW, having a child with a god is not a problem for a Vingan. Especially when you do not need to take of the child, the pregnancy and birth takes place entirely on the Other Side, and you never need to acknowledge the child as yours. Heck, even men can have children through the divine (Zeus' birth of Artemis comes immediately to mind)!
