Oh, Jefe, my poor little squashed blossom, didn't you realise that women do serve in combat roles in the Canadian Armed Forces, and as such are in combat in Afghanistan as we speak?

As for that comment that you don't know women who play Vingan characters, you've met me, and I've played one for seven years and counting. Not to mention having written the first fan myth ever for Vinga. Granted, I've only been a Gloranthan since 1983, so that probably doesn't count for too much.
