Spitting may be part of transformative curses, since it connects the curser with the cursed and symbolically partakes of the mutability inherent in Water.

Disgruntled Helerings might "spit you into a sheep" in an effort to increase your overall nobility-of-being.

Helerings, mutable by nature, also spurn proper footnoting.
