Is this one of these mysterious out-of-print publications that first saw the light of day years before the date of my birth?

Ahem, I mean "No, I've not seen 'em".

For some reason I have been thinking about a tawdry periodical aimed at the Rulfelzan masses named "The Moon". Chuck some etchings of New Spring Dancers on page 3 and you've got a winner!
