FWIW this was actually edited *out* of ST -- I originally wanted to describe Heler both as an independent cult AND as a subcult of Orlanth (...) but Issaries Inc vetoed the idea (...) funnily enough, the first line in the paragraph describing Heler on p. can't remember which of Sartar looks UNCANNILY as if it had been lifted verbatim from my uncirculated first draft LOL

Yes, but he still makes the list of the _major_ Orlanthi gods in the Glorantha Book of the RQ3 boxed set.

Of course, the closer to Esrolia and the further from Prax you go, the more powerful his cult will be :)

Personally ? I'd have included him -- but with a significantly shorter write-up than the others, and not much more than 1 page would be required ... this could even be used as an example of how to write up a subcult separately I suppose, without having to use one of the weirder ones and promote it to be as equal to the Black Fang Brotherhood in people's games...
