It is going OK but I jiggered the mechanics of monopoly a bit too much and game balance is a bit off. However, as I have added role playing elements the game balance stuff is less important. It is set in 850' s Pavis, ie when the City was being built (hence monopoly style Tenements, Villas, Palaces) and Chance has been replaced by the Spirit of Pavis, while Community Chest is now Cradle Loot. I had fun converting the event cards ('second prize in a zebra breeding contest', 'advance to King's Villa' etc).

Current bone of contention is a vote for the office of City Steward.

I had wanted to do a RPG campaign set at the same time but realised I had less time to do this sort of thing and email was easier to keep going. The scenario could work as a computer game I think.
