I must admit I thought I had seen the option to 'suggest' a gift might be helpfull when my land was crossed. However, it may be that this was to provide warriors to help in the raid rather than simply to allow the other clan to cross.

I have noticed that the options that appear for an event reflect the attitudes of the ring. It looks as if there are a basic set of options that would always be presented and then a set of optional options (!) that need a

ring member to suggest them. Perhaps this option is one of the latter ones?
