Wow! Really. I've never had more cows than people unless my clan has been decimated by raids. In my last game I regularly had 500-700 cows and 700-1000 people.

Yup. I merrily put as much land aside as my advisors told me too, until I noticed the "sickly herd doesn't have enough room" on the year end/start screen. Seems like the advice isn't always the best.

Lead the attack. Remember just because you give the right answer does
not mean you will be successful.
