You can't see her until she is 14 or so. After the
initial babe on the shield event you hear nothing
about her until you get an event saying that she has
turned into a precocious and gifted warrior, and you
have to decide what to do with her (train her
yourself, send her to the Vingans, give her a
challenging task, etc). After that, if you keep her
and she survives, she is available as one of your
nobles, just like any other, and can be put on the
ring.
