I've had a suspicion for a long time, but haven't been able to confirm it: the birth rate seems to jump when I have more women on the ring. Anyone else notice this?

P.S. My latest clan also had no Llankor Mhy. After a few heroquesting failures I started using my trickster as a stand-in for 'Llankor Mhy Finds the Truth.'  He doesn't seem to be handicapped by his lack of cult membership - that is, I'm not getting a lot of heroquesting disasters. Is this my imagination?
