David, are there any events which could make tribal assemblage
fail? For example, within the next few years my clan lost portions
of its regalia, and we neither recovered it, nor convinced LM to
forgive us. I can't think of anything else that might have had an
effect, although I'll check the logs one more time and see what they
yield.
