Long-term (for many years):
Treaty with the fox. Treaties with other clans. Trade pacts with other clans. Heroquests attempted.

Short-term (for one year):
Gods' demands. Particularly no-raid, must-raid, must-explore, specific crop failure, should-heroquest, should learn blessing.
