Absolutely. The Heortlings seem to love losing, especially if they lose for the right reasons. That's something they're gonna have to grow out of if they're ever gonna burn Glamour. And I think Whitewall, even though its another case of losing heroically, is where the thinking starts to change.
And Kallyr is a **Vingan** loser. She endures - barely, stumbling on - and she keeps hope alive. For a long long time she's one of the very few.
Vingans trust that if they endure long enough, Orlanth will return.
Kallyr's struggle makes the later Argrath-Orlanths possible.
Until I am old and ailing,
waiting for the final journey,
I shall not be true to the winds
if I do not praise Kallyr.
