thousand years.
Secret maze of underground tunnels and defences, far
older than most people realise.
Take a look at Dover. I'm sure there are bits we can borrow. For starters, I don't think we *yet* have any attempts by the Lunars to sap under the walls and blow things up, do we?
And whle we agree that there was *something* interesting there a long time ago, had anyone considered the possibilities of a lighthouse?
