Yes please, Alex. I'm sure we can tinker the timeline to fit your concerns and data, esp. for those early weeks.

My only criteria in setting those early dates has been most campaigns begin to muster in Sea and proceed as the weather and mobilisation allows. We know from OID (and OID errata) that the BatBlat was in 1619, and that Kallyr arrives in Dark 1619.
