One thing that may not be clear from the plan. This is three distinct terraces. The vertical drop in between each one is sufficent that when you stant on the edge of one terrace, you have to lean out and peer down to see the one below. You cannot see the supporting rock below you, so when standing on one of the terraces you feel as though you are suspended above the air.
