This isn't a Broyan I recognise, and I suspect it isn't one who'd be that good at inspiring Orlanthi to follow him. Over to experts on the guy to say, really.
But if turns out that we can't use this as Broyan, could we at least rename this bitter, twisted individual slightly and have him as one of the second-rank players?
