Great character.
That's exactly the sort of character I was thinking of to create opposition to Broyan within WW although I hadn't gone as far as the tragic backstory. Only thing I would add is that she suspects that the whole affair will end in disaster but stays out of duty. Not a prophesy, just a feeling based on her opinion of Broyan.
