What is the source on the fact that Larnsti cannot leave Heortland?

That sounds better. Presumably, Volsaxi independence from both Hendrikiland and Sartar was a compromise between the Heortlending Larnsti and the Sartarite Tarkalor? It still rings true then that Volsaxi kings could be both Vingkotling -- because of their geopolitical situation -- and Larnsti -- because their kingship was, in part, created by the Larnsti.
