City Outline & Neighbourhoods - Sketch Map

In the files area, a very rough outline map of the city, with some preliminary suggestions for neighbourhood names - a 108K JPG.

At this stage, primarily a catalyst for thought. The city outline is based on Masada, modified by Mitch's drawing. There's a lot of verticality not even suggested by this rough schematic.

If you have suggestions for better names or alternative layouts, please speak up!
