I'm up for that! I'd just like to see how they cooperate with the Seven of Vistur... oh my, that's a tale that needs telling...

There's good, game-related and succinct info on the Thunder Deltas (Barbarian Adventures, pp. 27-8), Beryl Phalanx (BA, pp. 24-25) and others, and I seem to remember lots in OiD... but sadly I can't get hold of a copy and keep on having to borrow it.

Also check out this buried (literally) little gem:

http://www.herowars.com/new/heartland.html

which lists many of the 'classic' regiments, and has good stuff. Evocative sketches, too. Martin has a great huge list of regiments, but I'm not sure as to when this might be incorporated into current stuff.

Tarsh War has nice character-pieces on the Red Dragoons, the Granite Phalanx (also a Tales on them, and with a regiment of Peltasts and Hobilars), Lost Sky Peltasts, Bagnot Militia, Bush Rangers and Char-  though of course Sons of Kargzant is out soon!

And then, of course, there's Dragon Pass. Those are the first sources of Imperial regiment ideas that spring to mind...

Stu.
