I'm not sure if her age as set in OiD was significant (and so should be kept), or just a number pulled out of a hat: not bothering to check existing publications rather than deliberately contradicting them.
The Enclosure timeline has her born in 1582. The significant differences are all in the "early years" - OiD version has her only 16 when fighting at Boldhome, and with no time to do anything plot-related beforehand. Enclosure version has her 20 at Boldhome, and gives space for the early Pavis visit that ties in with the "Secret History of Sun County".
By Whitewall, I doubt if it matters whether she's 33 or 37. But back in 1600, there's a difference between "kid not left home yet" and "annoying young adult".
