Vector graphics generally require specialised software, don't they? I happen to have Corel Draw, so that's what I'd use myself. What, if anything, do other people have, and what's cheap?
Also, what formats will be easy/possible to import into any of the 3D landscape-generation packages? VistaPro, or whatever the current one is?

Given free time, I would for instance create a quick
3D VRML Whitewall, an equally quick 3d Bat, and a
slider to let you change Batsize so as to see what
fits. But I don't have the time :(
Hmm, fully animated Bat-flight, animated Orlanthi, but
I'm not sure how to show the winds.....
