Oliver:

So here's another question. Is what's up on the Wiki Wiki site to be
>considered accepted by most people or not? Are they things we can
>safely develop or should we ask the list before devoting any time?

Most of the large scale stuff - troops, events, background seems to get discussed on list or annotated on Wiki before people finalise it on Wiki. This seems to be working ok.

Smaller scale stuff - characters, and incidents and locales can always be fitted in somewhere, and don't seem to require much discussion.

When it comes to dramatic groupings, like potential Orlanthi leaders at Whitewall or factions within the Lunar camp, we probably will have to raise these issues in list, but this can come *after* people develop characters for inclusion.

If you're prepared to write something up for Wiki, basically it seems that people will respect that, and do their best to fit it in. To date, people have been annotating Wiki drafts with comments and suggestions, and again, this seems to be working ok.

Is this in accord with other folks experience? Do we need more structure or guidelines? If it aint broke... ?

One thought - already partially taken up by Joerg on Wiki:

Joerg has established a 'What Now' Page based on our list discussions. This seems to be a good place for people to record their interests and what they're working on - some of which has already been stated on list. So please, add to that page!

Any other suggestions?

Cheers
