Yes, he doesn't want to get involved but he's bound to have an
opinion. His loyalty is to the position of High King rather than
any individual so if Broyan is going to be replaced because of
incapacity then it should be done according to the correct
procedure - whatever that is, can it be followed during the siege?
Just something else to throw into the mix of political wrangling.
