I forgot about the Curse of Thed, thank you. The only way I can see the wholesale slaughter of such an individual not happening would be Divine ie impests Windfists etc. A doomed character is what I was aiming for. Tragic WindLord cursed by Thed to fall in heroic defence, morphing at death to true (old) form (soft lights, tear in eye as the golden haired warrior breathes his last... and close curtain)
