I thought this came up before, and what was mooted was a post-Rikard the Tigerhearted construction? Otherwise we either have an Aeolian Flamesword, which sounds bordering on the oxymoronic, or as in this case, an 'out of place' Malkioni (Rokari? Hrestoli Idealist?) order with no 'connect' to the surrounding society at all, and thus all sorts of questions about its viability.
