That makes good sense but it does contradict the text describing the text describing the censer in HQ.

Btw, what is the illuminate angle? Don't see one from the HQ text.

I sort of doubt its presence in 1622, either during Fimbulwinter or during Sanuels attempts at getting control over the siege ruins. Remember that Sanuel's land will be hit full strength by the Fimbulwinter, too, so that he has a lot of things on his mind other than securing Whitewall.

And what's the point looking out for Illuminates under Lunar occupation?
