About what I thought, too. Add a few officers who choose to remain with their troops, some whose families are too stingy or too poor to pay, or some whose ransom is hindered by political rivals, and you might get an interesting heroband in chains, obliged to a number of minor Orlanthi leaders more or less able to feed and in case of anger defend their prisoners. Sufficient stuff for a few sidetracking scenarios, I'd expect.
