I don't know if Orlanth's "manifestation" at WW is a violation of the Compromise or not. Probably not - just as the manifestation of Orlanth at Night and Day, Machine City or Castle Blue wasn't. Killing Orlanth at WW is certainly a breach of the Compromise. A really big breach.
