Yes, but, if the Knights rode out and captured some Oasis ground men, the scum would not object. We Beast Riders sometimes take Oasis scum with us when we are in Prax and low on captured ground men. Why? Drying dung for fuel (and similar chores) is no fun. We don't take them on long treks out into the Greatlands, though, because the Oasis ground men are slow, eat our food, and die anyway. Worse than herd men, really.

Why would I want their rags? Would you shear a Bison in winter?
