Yes... Remembering with great delight a 15-year-old Vanganthi I got to play at a con once, who used to fly at every conceivable opportunity and some that weren't conceivable to any sane mind, simply because she could.

Yes. Also, just look at the magic your bog-standard Orlanthi Warrior 17 has for controlling Umbroli. Unconcentrated initiate - TN of 7 if you're lucky. Yes, there may be some around. But getting them to do what you want is a job for specialists.
