Well, I am talking about hero cults within the culture. Orlanthi can get stormy sorts of feats from stormy sorts of hero cults. This is not 'outsider stuff' this is 'hey, my cousins and i all went down to the Wind Rock and did the dance my Uncle told us we'd 'never need.''
