I'm sorry, it seemed a harmless little throw-away line at the time.
Relatedly, I have enjoyably used 'augment-only' magic as a personal resistance against attacks a couple of times, most notably the 'Thick Skull talent'. Faced with a whirling axe whilst trying to manoeuvre a chariot, I burned a HP and took it straight on the noggin.
I'm off to play HQ in five munutes, so I'll have to see if it's still embedded. Probably is.
