Rob, amigo, I don't mean to ignore your frustration. But my point was simply that you shouldn't complain about getting hit with snippy tone when you throw the first derogatory punch.
On the substance, I don't know enough about Trotsky's work or Moon Design's reaction to it to speculate. I'd respond to the rest of your points, but Jane's already tried to moderate this discussion once. So I'll respect her moderation. And I bet you can guess more or less what I'd say anyhow.
