This seems to be in contradiction to pg.26 of ILH2 where it implies that it is the magic rather than the worshipper which is cyclic. "All common magic that comes from Lunar sources is cyclical even if concentrated."

They can of course be reconciled by saying that if either the magic or worshipper is Lunar then it is cyclical. However that leaves a curious situation where someone who has common magic joins the Lunar way and their current magic becomes cyclical. What level of joining is required for this - Novitiate or just Adherent?
