The HeroQuest rulebook is close to AYNP for a starting game set near Dragon Pass circa 1600, but not quite -- it doesn't have feats for theist affinities, for example, and no myths to enable players to heroquest. However, if you add the books on your list plus the other suggestions folks have posted, you do have an AYNP set for Sartar circa 1600.

Probably there need to be multiple lists, because it's not possible to compile a single AYNP set of publications that covers all of Glorantha, even in the Third Age. However, there are probably specific settings that have such a set.
