  1. As someone has already pointed out, in Glorantha, going too far is likely to turn you into something. Now, I am completely against that being a hard and fast rule, so it is more a general precept to keep in mind.
  2. It would be difficult to convince me that every rebel leader in every rebellion engages in these tactics. That such incidents happen in every war/rebellion - sure. But even historically, is there actual evidence that every commander everywhere has always supported and actively engaged in this?
