Me too. Especially with the apparent end of the 3 worlds as a mechanical construct. If the plan is for each culture to have their own magic system, it could get very interesting.

Well, Sartarite does not equal Heortling from what I understand, but it was often presented sort of that way.

You'd almost have to do it in stages, though. As you say, it's lots and lots of people. I suppose a compromise would be to start with "The Lunars in Sartar".

Provincial would be ok, too, although really each of the provinces should have a book, just like Sartar does.
