Given the saga of Salvi the Good in the area, it might be a holy place where Salvi fought the Raven after refusing to kill the Stream (DP p15).

Or it could be the place where Puehan rents out his Pegasi (DP p43).

Mention is made of the Duran Hill's small caches of mineral wealth (DP p24) but that's south of Bran's creek whereas the Temple is on the north.
