Zorak Zoran has the ability to make skeletons and zombies. Gods of Glorantha did claim that these were closer to magical creations rather than true undead but I scorn such wimp-outs.
The Kralori have zombies manning their barges so I don't think undead equals chaos is correct. Humakt hates Zorak Zoran because he is the wrong kind of death, not because he is chaos.
