Gark is properly the God of Eternal Peace rather than being the God of Zombies. For Zorak Zoran and other Zombie makers to borrow from the magics from him would require that they have some connection with Gark in their mythology. Secondly if Zombies were chaotic there would have been some mention of them in the literature.
IMO Gark is a Fonritan heresy that often spreads out of Fonrit into other parts of Pamaltela. Large parts of Fonrit believe there is no life after death so they practice mummification to preserve the self. The Garki believe that it is an error to wait for death before being mummified and so they get mummified as soon as possible.
