So can Humakt's gift. Doesn't make Humakt either evil or chaotic.

There are plenty of Gloranthans who would disagree with you there. However 'manifestly nefarious' does not equal chaotic.

Glorantha has loads of opposites to disagree violently and often to label their opponents as evil. They will often act nefariously against those opponents and justify that with all sorts of excuses.

Real chaos tends to get those enemies to work together while they deal with the chaos threat. But not always, one side might see an advantage in using chaos to destroy their enemy.
