SoLaR was cool, but I would have liked more about Polaris!

That being said, a lot of the material that went out was hard to get. I know I shrieked on the lists about not being able to get SoLaR at all, and the organisers kindly 'helped a brother out'. In some ways hearing about awesome con-exclusives on the other side of the world actively turns people *off* not *on*.

(If this was IGQ I'd say something about hemispherism or eurocentrism but there's no place for that here!)
